About the Journal
Submission requirements for the article design in the scientific electronic journal "Modern Education and Development"
The basic requirements for scientific articles submitted to the scientific electronic journal "Modern Education and Development" are based on the world standards and the standards of the latest PhD research system in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

- The topic of a scientific article presented by the author (or authors) must correspond to one of the directions listed in the section "Sections of the Journal" of the scientific electronic journal "Modern Education and Development".
- Articles should be based on empirical research, case studies, literature analysis and commentary, theory, practice, methodology, professional scientific review and other descriptions.
- The article should contain the following specific points in accordance with the requirements of international standards:
- Title
The title of the article should be formulated as briefly and concisely as possible, clearly expressing the direction of research of the article.
- Author information
This section contains the surname, name, patronymic of the author, place of work and position, academic degree and title, e-mail address and contact phone number.
- Abstract
Brief abstract of articles should not exceed 8-10 lines in Uzbek, Russian and English. It describes the research problem, its relevance, the methodology used to identify the research problem, the research results, the presentation of the author's scientific and practical contribution to the full content of the article.
- Key words
Keywords are basic words that describe the content and purpose of an article in the shortest possible time. On scholar.google.com or google.com, it is recommended that each keyword be repeated an average of 5-10 times in the body text so that the article is easy to find on the very first pages.
- Introduction
The introduction mainly covers the problem of research, its goals and objectives. This part sets out the rationale for the choice of the research topic, its relevance and scientific significance (in this part, there must be references to the works and reports of the President).
- Literature review
The analysis of the relevant literature is the part that shows that the author has knowledge and understanding of the problem being studied. Literature analysis includes an assessment of the scale of the existing intellectual field and the creation of a specific map based on it. Attempts at critical analysis of literature expand knowledge on the subject and help clarify research questions. In fact, any research is based on previous knowledge in this area. The literature analysis is based on the latest journal articles and other sources of information (articles on this topic can be found in the search engine www.scholar.google.com ).
- Research Methodology
The methodology of the study is one of the most important parts of the study, which is a general map of the research being conducted, the path of the study and its cartographic lines leading to the destination (result).
The research methodology includes the definition of the philosophy and direction of research (deduction or induction), research design, i.e. drawing up a general plan leading to the solution of the research problem, determining ways to obtain the information necessary for research and research ethics, selecting the object of research (sampling), decisions on the use of primary or secondary sources of information, determining the research strategy (observation, experiment, case study, questionnaire, ethnographic, archival research, etc.).k.) means establishing a path leading to a specific solution of the task on the basis of rational decision-making on its identification. The perfection of the methodological part lies in the reliability and accuracy of the path set for the study
- Analysis and results
In the analytical part of the study, the data collected using the methods of analysis (mathematical models, etc.) previously defined in the research methodology is analyzed. In this case, only the results of the analysis method are expressed; the discussion of the results obtained is the task of the next part of the article.
- Conclusion/Recommendations
Understanding the purpose and objectives of the study and answers to research questions, general conclusions about the main results of the study and the overall research process, as well as proposals and future research directions based on the study should form the basis of the conclusions and recommendations of the article.
- References
This section contains a list of all the literature used in the research process, in the sequence [1], [2] or [3]
- Full name of the authors, book title, publication address, publisher name, year, pages;
- Full name of the authors, title of the article, title of the journal, edition, year, number, pages
- The font of an article should be Times New Roman. Text is fully justified without using automatic word break. Font size – 14, paragraph indention – 1 cm, one-and-a-half spacing, A4 series, margin on all sides is 2 cm. The maximum volume of the article should not exceed 16 pages, the minimum size should be at least 6 pages, and the number of links should be at least 10-15 sources.
- The article should contain a table, diagram or figure. The names of tables should be written at the top, the names of graphs or images should be written at the bottom, and their source should be clearly indicated. The presentation of tables, diagrams and figures in the article serves as a source of improving the quality of the article.
- Articles can be submitted in Uzbek, Russian or English languages.
- The letters of the Uzbek language, such as o‘, g‘, q, h, must be fully written in the text of the scientific article as part of the sentences. Otherwise, the scientific article will not be considered by the editorial board.
- The article is accepted together with the official review of the Doctor of Sciences in the relevant field. However, the editorial board may send the article for additional review and, based on the results of this review, may decide to publish the article.
- Articles that do not meet the above requirements are not considered by the editorial board.
- The above requirements are not final, with respect to some articles, the publisher reserves the right to request additional information.

Articles for the journal
- Scientific articles are submitted for publication after registration in accordance with the requirements specified in the "Conditions for submitting an article" in an electronic journal. The text of the scientific article should be sent to the email address e-journal_qdpi@kspi.uz .
- Scientific articles submitted for publication in an electronic scientific journal are submitted by the editorial board of the journal for examination by specialists in this field. Positively reviewed scientific articles will be published in a series of electronic scientific journals.
- Scientific articles with serious shortcomings in the review will be returned to their authors for review. Scientific articles that do not correspond to the scientific directions of the journal are not published and are not returned to the author.
4. The rights of authors of scientific articles are protected in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Copyright and Related Rights" dated 20.07.06
